Fee Structure

 

Depending on the project needs, we typically submit our offers on:

 

• Hourly Charges - Typically for small scale projects like homes, restaurants, highlight areas etc.

 

• Per Sq.ft Charges - Typically for medium scale projects (>50,000 Sq.ft) with project duration in months.

 

• Lump sum Charges - Typically for large scale projects with project duration in years.

 

While most of the consultancy work is done through online meetings and emails, there might be site visits required at periodic intervals. The cost of such site visits and consultancy charges outside Bangalore are to be borne by the client.
